Overview
Magento 2 WhatsApp Notify sends automated WhatsApp messages to customers through the WhatsApp Business API. It covers event-based updates for orders, shipments and refunds, scheduled and campaign messages, and abandoned cart reminders.
Message templates support dynamic variables such as customer names and order details, and work with Magento’s default customer groups for group-specific promotions.

Installation
Zip
Extract the package into the Magento code directory, then run:
bin/magento module:enable Azguards_WhatsappNotify
bin/magento setup:upgrade
bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
bin/magento cache:flushComposer
Add the Magento repository, then run:
composer require azguards/module-whatsappnotify
bin/magento module:enable Azguards_WhatsappNotify
bin/magento setup:upgrade
bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
bin/magento cache:flushConfiguration
You need four values from your Meta WhatsApp setup:
- Access token
- Phone number ID
- WhatsApp Business Account ID
- App ID
